As a subcontractor to CRA architects, Fentress recently began a housing assessment study in Albuquerque, NM, where the U.S. Bankruptcy Court will be moving from its current location into the Pete V. Domenici U.S. Courthouse in 2017.  CRA and Fentress worked with the court in 2014 to plan that relocation and the team was again contracted to conduct a new study to determine its long-term needs and recommend housing options in the courthouse, including a possible annex to the building or an addition on top of a second floor wing.  Fentress met with court representatives to discuss their 15-year personnel growth and toured the courthouse.   While the 2014 bankruptcy relocation involved only the District and Bankruptcy Courts and the Circuit Library, this new study involves both Courts and their Clerk’s Offices, and the Probation and Pretrial Services Office, U.S. Attorney’s Office, U.S. Marshals Service, and the U.S. Trustee.
